Creative Interventions provides insight + emotional containment during sessions. The art object becomes a way to dialogue with your subconscious and express yourself more deeply through metaphors and imagery.


Trauma is stored in the nonverbal part of the brain, thus image-based exploration is a hugely effective way to unpack + understand your personal traumas from the same source in which the memory was originally stored.


Couples can benefit when verbal communication becomes stuck in rigid, unhealthy, or old patterns. Conjoined creative experiences are proven to increase healthy attachment + offer increased means of intimate bonding.


Sex can be a confusing and uncomfortable topic, thus art therapy complements talk therapy + reduces feelings of discomfort or shame when exploring the highly sensitive issues that emerge during sex therapy.
